E-Transfer [ Did i get scammed or not..]

so pretty much i live in the U.S and this guy says he'll buy my account for 25$ through e-transfer [ interac], after telling me it works in the U.S he sent me the money and i sent the details.

now i cant deposit the money because im in the U.S [ no canadian bank acc], so is there any other way i can get the money into my U.S Bank account? (like could i ask a user on sythe who deals with e-transfers [ Arcus] and can i send him the 25$ this kid sent me and arcus in turn sends me PP?

help would be awesome

First of all, that kid was probably BSing you cause Interac E-Transfer only works in Canada. So I'd suggest you find someone like Arcus, R2Pleasent, Dorianking. Even me actually, that can change that Interac E-Transfer to Paypal for you.
Maybe for a fee of like 5% or something. Or if they're really nice, free.

 

How did you even receive the money in the first place if you did not have a Canadian Bank Account

If you were not asked to answer the secret question with the answer the buyer should have given you, I am afraid to say that you got scammed and should recover your account
