    Paypal dispute/transaction service.

I will be offering this service which entails I will handle your PayPal transactions meaning you can accept Paypal from anyone without a worry of being charge back'd. In certain cases I will suggest not to trade with certain people but for the most part I know how to make sure a PayPal transaction will never be charge back'd in the buyers favor.

This method is not available to anyone not even the big traders as I have a connection with certain people making sure my PayPal transactions are legit.

If you get hit with a dispute for 25% I will have the dispute closed in your favor.

PM me or post with any questions or concerns.

Anyone know why he was banned? This looks really good, maybe too good to be true, but it wouldnt hurt to give it a try.

Probably because he is a scammer. Obviously no method the seller takes can significantly reduce the risk of chargebacks without causing a lot of hassle for the buyer. And even then, there is not much the seller can do if buyer claims unauthorized transaction ewpecially at the credit or bank level. Paypal sucks. Period.
