Milhouse Ban 2 (Any mod But N4N0)

N4N0 issued the ban but he has a very biased opinion on the ban. He genuinely has a grudge against me apparent from this pretty much corrupt statement:

'Enjoy your TWC. Again. Legit users don't get as many accusations as you've had here recently. Just waiting for someone to come forward w/ enough proof for me to drop the hammer. It will be a glorious day for me.'

Hes been after me for a while now and is desperate to ban me for 2 reasons.

1) He failed to TWC me as the staff all denied what he said and so resulting in him looking like the village tit

2) He used to have a sythe statement saying 'The average Sythe User is fucking stupid'. I confronted him on this when his scamming past arose and he got incredibly pissed off. And why not he should? He was proven to be a hypocrite.

Ok so apparently after dismissing everything i said in dispute 1 N4NO's proof that i did actually scam is a picture of the Seller (Christopher) Showing him how a bought card looks like when a) Our trade was a trade offer and b) Was not a BIN auction. He also says there are alot of scam accusations against me when theyre all just haters saying ive scammed with no proof. Why? Because i havnet scammed. Simple. Ive donated to the site built some rep and i have enjoyed the community.

The FUT Game is very very glitched and EA virtually make no attempts in patching the game. It could be a server side thing but i stand by what i said I believe chris made a new account.

Chris never actually posts proof of the card being bought. Why? Because he didnt trade me the coins. Usually when these transactions are made on Ebay, Ebay only accept Video Proof and that is because of this current situation. People can EASILY (Emphasis on the easily) make a new account with the team name and pretend they commited the trade by taking screenshots.

I spoke with Christopher and he said he understood the situation and realised that EA do have Alot of BUGS evident here:

I told him id offer to compensate him since i did feel pretty bad for him even though i got no coins and he said that would be fine.

Like i said there is no actual proof i did it. Why? Because i havnet. And like i said before ive already seen this trick been used by another sythe member. Expect this situation to keep cropping up. It really would be a shame if i stayed banned as im sure you will have unbanned a scammer at some point and in this situation you genuinely have a victim of a Shite Glitched Game or a Guy thats simply trying to frame me and make a few quick buck.

 

For the record. Chris doesn't believe you. I don't blame him. Neither do I. Also, that forum thread says absolutely nothing regarding transaction errors as far as I can see. You've had multiple scam reports against you. You're just trying to get your way out of this one as it's the only one that had enough proof to condemn you.

 

Another thing I'd like to bring up. I was just going through your "Vouch" thread. Several of those accounts have IP links to each other. I'm more than willing to bet that either you're self vouching, fake vouching, or vading in one way or another. Any other mod who's interested can take a look.

Akash2493 links to joemooser who has an IP link with yourself and MULTIPLE other users. I just banned joemooser for ban evading, the other banned account is JoeRinaldi.

Lets see what else I can find. Will add more as it comes up.


Edit: Oh yeah, you've also been banned for fake vouching once, so that's another thing I wanted to mention.

 

TBH, you're just scamming and using this 'glitch' as a cover-up, and FTR, I banned you, and I'm also denying you.
