Mileytwerking possible Blackhat Activities

I have found some suspicious stuff about this user, but i do not fully know how to go about it.

1st thread on sythe just below-take note of the skype used.

2nd thread on skype on the same day-take note of the Skype.

Upon digging further (Google Searches)

with the first skype, live:coleireland1

Both Hackforums & bugabuse showed up linked to that Skype.
So i decided to make the search net a little tighter, as i do not have access to either site to see exactly what the user was up to

If thats not enough i dont know what is, i dont want to create accounts at these sites, so if anyone has access to them they could look into it further but its a clear indication of Black hat Activities.

some of the threads in that last search uncovered stuff to link her/him to black hat?

Thanks for your time, I just feel this user has been here for a short period of time, advertising 80+ vouches, and a growing post count etc, i am not sure if this is just by coincidence, or if this user is going to attempt something.
