Banned?

Not getting a response as of yet so posting it again

Username: City (can't login cause it says i'm banned)

I was banned awhile ago, for apparently vouching for myself on another account?
This has been my only account, and i was wanting to sell and buy accounts again, but i can't because i'm banned, so was wondering if anything could be done for this.
