Disputing for my evasion

hi guys, i know i have scammed one person in the past but believe it or not, i do feel guilty. i am willing to to pay him/her back in full. i believe it was 40m gp. i really do think i deserved to be unbanned because i was a great help to the community, donator and pretty friendly to almost everyone. i also didn't think before i scammed because the deadline was closing in for the trade limit in runescape. also, i have traded thousands of dollars with Will with no issues on either sides. please take this into consideration because i have matured and learned from my mistake. i apologize to Sin666 for having to go through the trouble of banning me. please, take this into consideration, i really want to return and i am truly sorry for the trouble i have caused.
