there is only one reason your account can be locked and is if they notice someone else is on your account, gold. That shows you know nothing at all about this.

I can try, but if you can't do it with the info you have, me or anyone else doing it is not going to help.

If you don't remember what exactly you put for recoveries it doesn't matter, its not going to make a difference.

You can do it easy with this guide, I have not tried it to see if it works but your can give it a go. It's through adobe, I will e-mail it to you.
