Reason For Ban: Said I Scammed A Training Service

Why Should I Not Be Banned?: By allowing me to train his account, the user automatically agreed to my ToS, which is included in the following thread:

Since the user automatically agreed to the ToS, he agreed to NOT log into the account during the training service.

Last night, I logged into rs3 and took my payment. It was already very late and I was tired, so I logged into the account myself and took the account to rock crabs all geared up so that it was ready for the next day. Then, when I woke up I logged into 07 to start the training and the account was at lumbridge and not rock crabs, so I logged into RS3 and I realized that the account owner logged into his account. I did not touch ANY of his items, I only took the payment for the services. By breaking my ToS, the user's training service was terminated and due to that, there is no refund to be given.

I'm not buying your story at all. You delayed starting his training + you have another report about the same thing from someone else. Pay them back or don't come back.
