Middlemen are back!

Well, the dangerous waters have effectively passed... a very, very, long time ago. Middlemen applications are now reopened, and the all the active official middlemen (Curt, Daily500, Dorito, Finniscool, Fouisgras, Matthew, Pen, Phil, Ryan and WoW Sucks) have been reinstated. If any of you want your fees/MSN/RSN changed, ask, as usual.

Note that the "activity" gauge is based only on my observation. If any of the other ex-official middlemen (Annex, Dingo, full tilt, Vic or Vietballer) want their ranks back, just ask me or another admin, and we'll see to it.

The application process will remain the same as it was when middlemen were removed, unless Steph or Clash (who are in charge of Middlemen) see the need for any revisions. Everyone is entitled to create a Middleman application, so if you're looking to make some cash and to help out the community, then start an application today!

I never fully understood why they were taken away, but thank god they are back. I have been scammed 2 out of 3 trades on these forums.
