Wanting to switch back to single hard drive, is that hard to do? wanting to upgrade a few parts suggestions?

 

What the hell? These parts are from like 2007-2009. Upgrade to an i3, i5, i7 series CPU, and a GTX 700 series video card, and DDR3 ram. Most of the parts you listed were old, let me know what your budget is.

looking at playing arma 3 on high or max if possible?

 

You can keep the 9800GTX, as it's still pretty decent, only upgrade if you wanna play some newer games on the highest quality possible.
