    What the hell? These parts are from like 2007-2009. Upgrade to an i3, i5, i7 series CPU, and a GTX 700 series video card, and DDR3 ram. Most of the parts you listed were old, let me know what your budget is.

    Thanks for the reply man, yeah unfortunatly its all old stuff was handed down the computer from my brother, do you think it would be better starting again with a new computer or just putting a few new parts in it? Cheers

    Budget is around $2000 if need be

    looking at playing arma 3 on high or max if possible?

    You can keep the 9800GTX, as it's still pretty decent, only upgrade if you wanna play some newer games on the highest quality possible.
