middle manning

can someone explain to me how you get rep on here, so i can begin to get vouches and one day become an official MM? I mean lilke, how can i help someone do a acc trade if i have no rep or nothin? They wont trust me, so can anyone help me out please?

 

You can't just come here and expect to be trusted you earn rep over time and out of what you do. And if you don't know how to earn rep you shouldn't even be bothering with MMing now....

You get rep out of good trades from people who vouch for you and out of doing user services like training accounts ect.

 

ok, what do u mean service trainings like training accounts? You mean like training other peoples accounts?

 

Yes but people will probably only trust you with lv 3 accounts until you become more known.

 

Same boat as I, I'm at the moment just trying to become part of the community, back after a year an a half from not playing Runescape =/!

Yeah it takes time hun, I'm new to this forum and I'm selling mils, but I have to get vouiches etc and use M etc first so people will see I'm trustworthy then my mils shop will be rolling probably =)

 

Don't try to get rep. It'll come to you when you deserve. Just don't go hunting for it.

Post around, get people to know you- do some successful trades, ect.

Then I guess once people start to kinda trust you- make a free MMing topic, get a bunch of vouches, and submit a official MM form.

 

Just stay around here and help people out, wait until people know you before you start offering things or they may get suspicious, you came here this month, you dont need rep yet, check things out, wait awhile.

pretty much if you go looking for "rep" you are doing it for the wrong reason from the start

it isn't something you get, it isn't an object... and "rep" isn't trust.... it just means you can scam more money in the end


idk, mabe that is just me, but i never wanted to be known... or trustworthy or anything.... do things right because they are right, not because their is a nice reward in the end.



(but more to help you: write some guides, do some MMs, get a post count up from well written posts, help people period...)

my advice is post a hell of a lot, annoy a lot of people, and realize that it's not worth it.

. Just stick around for a while, make what you will, do what you want, and live like you will.... That gets you the most rep.

Why, most everyone on this site has rep.. granted most of them are assholes and such, but they're still popular. ...

Just wait a while and then you will get trust and stay active. Do a few trades.

 

No offense but "waiting a while" isnt going to gain trust unless your around for like a year. As long as your active do the right thing and collect vouches as you earn them you can only further or build a reputation. Starting out is always the hardest. Good luck

 

Get to know people... if you need to ask how to gain respect then you are going to find it hard to do it... You will most likely end up a suckup to the mod's and admins... DON'T be like that... Just be active and actually use your intelligence
