Microsoft update Windows Live Essentials 2011

Okay, so an update just came in for ME

I hope this fixes the shitty MSN we have

Gonna get home and try it. Maybe I'll start using it now.

 

I use 09 MSN, prefer it to 2011

 

The only thing I dislike about 2011 is the personal message updating.

Really I have no idea, everything seems normal, what I did noticed is that disconnect/connect is better. When my internet goes off it's handled better, etc.

User interface didn't change at all.

 

I really want them to implement a feature that notifies you if someone new has added you... Instead of having to check on the main window.

 

Wait, is this new? The 2011 one I tried a while ago was shit. Went right back to 2009

 

It would be nice to see if the other user has read the message, just like a blackberry.

Yeah, this is my main gripe with 2011. What the hell possessed them to change that? It took me forever to realize that they changed that. People would tell me they added me and I'd be like "wtf no request " for like a week after I upgraded lol

 

I miss the older versions of msn. It seems like every update they release further and further jacks it up. It's a shame really. I updated to the new version on my Pc last night but then my Internet shit out so I didn't get the chance to check out the changes.

 

where do I get it?

 

Yeah i prefer the older MSN Versions, the new one is too laggy and they've just tried to make it look really good rather than it actually being really good.
