Paypal Questions

So i made a paypal and it is not verified.
1) When its not verified can i still recieve and send money? And do i have a limit, or is a limit placed based on suspicion of my account
2) Will i be able to buy stuff of walmart, or runescape or w/e with a non-verified paypal account
3) How do i verify a paypal, i know cc and bank but are there other methods?

1) Yes, there is a limit. After you reach the limit, you must get it verified to send money.
2) Until the limit is reached, yes.
3) No.

 

So what is the limit?
And before i reach the limit can't i just transfer all cash to another account?

1- You can receive as much money as you want, being verified or not does not effect this. Sending however does, unless you are a Canadian or Austrailian premier account, you will most likely have a sending limit, which can be seen on the "Send Money" tab. To lift this limit you must add a credit/debit card, or add a bank account. This limit is on all accounts and is not due to "suspicions". Paypal will limit access on an account which means it cannot send or receive money, or change any contact/billing information due to a "high risk" or supicious payment. This is not the same as a sending limit.
2. You can buy things only if you have a credit/debit card added to lift the limit.
3. Credit/Debit cards and banks are the only way :/

 

My accoutn has 0.00 being able to send and i just made it today wtf?

 

You don't usually need to have money in your paypal accountn to send. You can use a credit card to verify it and send.

 

ur sending limit is $0 until u verify it. recieving is $2000. and you need to verify it to even get any money off ur account anyway.

 

I made a canadian account and my sending limit is 3,700 any one know my recieving limit?

In addition to 1227's answer, which is the only accurate one, your sending limit is a total of 5000$ and your withdrawal limit is 500$ a month.

You can send money as long as your email address is confirmed and you have a credit card attached to your account.
