SWAP, lookin to swap for high cb acc

well first of all i would like to state that the account im lookin to swap is almost maxed. the account has 94 attk 96 str 88 def and almost 95 hp, 117 f2p 124 p2p! why i dont just get the levels? well not to long ago my main got banned, max melee 90 range 80 pray and 96 mage, i was pissed, this account was my back up but i dont feel like training anymore, i will add money if needed but this account is alreay mediocre. i will swap pictures with ur accounts, or meet in game doesnt matter, but not until i hear about ur acc! ty
