European Champions League Final 2012 - Predictions?

After yet another exciting Champions League filled with heartbreaking upsets, emotional comebacks and even Fernando Torres scoring against Barcelona, we've reached another Champions League final.

This year, we've got Bayern Munich , hoping to win their first final in eleven years. Filled with stars such as Manuel Neurer, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Arjen Robben and Mario Gomez and coming off victory against the majestic Real Madrid can they win their fifth Champions League in front of their own fans?

And coming off a fantastic victory over Barcelona, Chelsea are into their second ever Champions League final. After the experience gained in their loss against Manchester United in 07/08, can their injury and suspension ravaged team beat Bayern?

I reckon that Bayern Munich will win in. I just see Chelsea as one of the clubs that are unfortunate and I don't think they will win it, I don't think they ever will. I'm predicting a 2-1 Bayern Munich win.

 

Chelsea are playing pretty well at the moment. Roberto Di Matteo has been doing a fantastic job, particularly for a caretaker manager, and Torres is in fine form. But you're right, they've never really been the sort of team that's up there pulling in the consistent performances.

Who do you think the goalscorers will be?

 

Hoping for Chelsea, although I'm in doubt because their formation is so decimated.

 

Chelsea will have a chance as long as Drogba is playing but I still think Bayern will win it...especially at the Allianz

 

Chelsea will win it, they've been dominating in performance.

6-1 against Queens Park Rangers, a comeback versus Barcelona (if any team does that especially in a semi-final against Barcelona, they deserve to win)

I expect a good game with several goals.

What sucks though is both teams lost several important players due to Yellow Cards in the semi-finals.. I hope they overrule that in future Champions League games.

 

The reason I'm just leaning at Bayern is because of Chelsea FC's injuries and suspensions. Also because Mario Gomez is in amazing form, as well as Neurer. But it will be a fantastic game no doubt.

 

Although I will be cheering for Chealsea, I have a strong feeling that Bayern Munich will win it since Chealsea will be lacking several players. Either way, it should be a great game and I'm pumped to watch it.

 

Bayern munich has a better form, they are not going to let chelsea win .

Yes they may have home advantage but it's more pressure on them to perform and bayern and pressure don't go to well.
