Earlier a user reported him for scamming but the report is gone. However he mentioned before removing his report and the comments on the user's threads that the person's login info was [email protected] which matches a serial vader / scammer, known as:

If the IP locations don't match then Smitty is using a proxy, which he claimed to have been doing in the initial report which was taken down (hopefully it means OP received his money back.)
