R2Pleasent.com - false advertising

Since when is it allowed to put misleading advertisements.

The advertisement isn't even true confirmed multiple times by R2p and his staff. If someone is to take it seriously and drop their grades to get gold and in the end R2p says its a troll this is just the same as scamming someone for something and saying "trolled I was lieing about paying"
