Dragondyce The End Of A Era - Twistedtaco

Report is on behalf of Dragondyces #1 high roller david AKA Not Main, Who has asked me to do the report for him as he isn't familiar with Sythe.

Long story short after we exposed KO for scamming ranks not so long ago, In turn he was banned from here and not too long after that his clan has died. (even his most loyal friend Hattez left) all he had left was one rank Zayner, Zayners max in the clan was 2k USD pot - 4k USD payout which KO advertises to fully insure up to his max in case of a scam.

Recently David ran 2B 07 up to 11B 07 on Zayner and then Zayner scam quit - KO is refusing to insure his ranks scam. We would like to get this added to twistedtacos ban reason, So if he ever wishes to clear his conscience then David will also need to be paid back.

Now I have a lot of screenshots but i'll post only the ones I find relevant if there is anything missing let me know and I'm sure I can arrange it.

Now most of those screenshots above is just BS of KO trying to get out of insuring his rank from scam quitting

Also Zayner has sent KO 3K USD collat that we would sometimes send KO to host higher bets over our max - KO is also keeping that and refusing to pay out David with the collat money . I'll add proof of the collat being sent.

I was the one that was scammed 10b 07. Discord account profile is Not_Main#2563

There is clear evidence that Zayner has a max pot of $4k USD ($2k max bet) and there is also clear evidence that Zayner sent KO $3k Collaterall.

So in conclusion, KO Scammed Zayner $3k collateral in fourth which has caused me not not be paid out for the money I'm owed. So I should be insured since I was NOT over Zayners Max bet. So KO is indeed responsible for paying me out $3k USD or 10b 07 if zayner cannot or will not.

1. first of all the reason i am banned on sythe is because i refused to do what a sythe mod stated i must do which was pay workers out that did NOT deserver to be paid, had nothing to do with any customers of ours.

2. about this particular situatoin

zayner was a rank in my clan, he had a 2k max pot he was allowed to hold not the 4k they keep saying.
not main was betting on zayner, while betting i told him twice to not go over ranks max, and to cashout , he refused to listen and continued betting until the tab got to 13bill 07 gp, now our rules clearly state if you go over a ranks max you are no longer insured, because if i insured this customers and ranks could work together to scam me, and if you trade a rank with a 1k max 2,3,4,5 times the amount he allowed to hold then your incentivizing that rank to scam but anyways

below is proof i told notmain to cashout, and not go over max, warned him multiple times , also below is proof that zayners max was 6b 07 pot which is $1800 or 2k pot no more , and the 2-3k zayner keeps referring to as 'collateral' was not collateral as you can see in screenshots below, i told him it was not an upgrade of rank because he kept going over his max and the last time he did his max was 1k and he was holding $7700 worth of bets

I only posted so people reading know this report is bs and the person who made it is a scammer who was banned from my clan for scamming

1. Rule stating if you exceed a ranks max you are no longer insured , Not main has been a customer of ours for years and knew this very well


2. just a couple warnings of the many i gave not main while he was betting , which he ignored



3. me arguing with the now ex rank 'Zayner' as to why i was forcing him to upgrade ranks rather then let me hold collateral, because he went over his max man many times


4. me telling zayner his collateral had become a rank upgrade


Zayners discord role clearly stated the max pot he was allowed to hold which was 6bill 07, now ex ranks like kluch and others keep stating that zayners rank was not 2k max but 4k , this is false, it use to be the case but few months back after 2 ranks scammed 5-10k that i had to refund i lowered rank maxes.


5. is a screenshot of another rank bringing to my attention that zayner whos max at the time was like 1k was holding 7.7k worth of payouts, which was 7x more then he was allowed to hold at the time which caused me to force him to upgrade ranks which brought him to a new rank that had a 2k max (not 4k)



6. screenshot of rank prices , zayner was emerald dragon rank, which states his 07 max was 3bill 07 which would be 6bill pot or 2k pot 6bill = about $1800 , clear for all to see, zayners max was not 4k it was 2, and everything he said is false



6. it was also brought to my attention that these two people may have been working together to try to scam money out of me which if true did not work, and the reason people mentioned this was because , I warned not main multiple times to cashout and he ignored me, and few days before this took place zayner was asking another clan about buying rank in their clan, the reason zayner stated he could not pay out notmain the 10-11bill 07 he owed him was because his 'zelle pay' was maxed for the day or week and he could not buy gold, when we asked him to show us screenshots of proof that his zelle was maxed he refused to, also he did purchase 3bill 07 to give to notmain but for some reason only gave him 1bill of it and refused to answer where the other 2 bill is

anyways i have posted evidence and not heresay that i am correct and whats posted in BrenV2 thread against me is all nonsense.

This is me telling zayner one time out of many that NO his max is not 4k its 2k, so this is a lie this was in early November, he clearly knew the max was 2k not 4k and it said so in his discord role next to his name

To your first comment about being banned - no you got banned because you scammed multiple times and it was agreed upon not just by one mod here but others too & the whole ex ddyce community agreed it was a flat out scam on your behalf. Hence your ban until you pay back the scams. Also whats the difference to scamming staff to scamming customers, a scams a scam big guy.

And the rest of your brain dead excuses for scamming David this time is wasted as Zays max is 2k bet 4k payout it always has been in your clan so don't try lie yourself out of that one.

To the mods here - I have a lot of screenshots from reputable sythe members and ex ranks of DDYCE explaining how ranks maxes work but I prefer not to name drop any of them so if you want some more proof of how his ranks max work just let me know and if I get there perm to show the screenshots I can go ahead and message you them privately.

KO is a very manipulative owner, i am an ex rank and he changes his rules every week. So that when something happens all he does is edit text and say "LOOK AT THE RULES YOU DUMBASS!!" like they werent the same 3 days ago lol. KO is going broke that is why he cannot payout 3b. his clan is dead, all his customers left, and he owes multiple ranks money still. he will rot in his chair as he hosts 1m 07 bets all day, he deserves everything that's happened to him

I have plenty of screenshots on my computer. I can provide many things to you if you request conversations. Zayner kept re assuring me that he had a 12b pot. Also he kept re assuring me that he wouldn’t scam and that I would be paid. Can provide logs and screenshots when I’m home.

 

All I know is Zayner has provided me logs showing he sent $3k as collateral to KO to host me. Ko in the screenshots acknowledging the $3k is collateral and NOT rank upgrade. Then later he deleted his message saying he upgraded his rank. Shady shit. I should be covered under Zayner Max since I didn’t go over 12b pot.

 

$3k is approximately 10b 07 so definitely under 12b max

 

His max was $4k pot according to every rank that was in dragon dyce that had the same rank. “Emerald dragon” including the two admins and shift leader of Dragon Dyce also say it was $4k max. I can show screenshots of that too.

 

1. i posted screenshot of the rules/terms of service, they show that they were created and posted over 2 years ago, they were not snuck in you can see in the screenshot or by joining my guilded server

2. i posted screenshots of me telling zayner months ago what his max was

3. Ex ranks like Kluch who state the max was higher have no clue they been deranked for few months now, i lowered the rank max for zayners rank, before he even upgraded to it, months before,

4. it stated next to zayners name in discord what his max was

5. Not main knew he was at fault he stated this much while he was in voice with me

6. i posted screenshots that i warned Not Main when he was betting to cashout twice, he did NOT listen

7. it states in the rules/terms of service that were posted 2 years ago that if you go over a ranks max you are no longer insured if anything was to happen

8. not main has bet with us for many years , he knows how to check someoens max, he was just desperate to bet because i didnt want to cover his large bets and zayner was the only one willing to

 

forgot to answer the last question about Zayner's collateral, i posted the proof already, he kept going over the max he's allowed to hold after warning him several times, the last time he was $6000 over his max , so i told him his collateral was now used as a rank upgrade.

i told zayner many times what his max is. and his max was 2k because the collateral went towards his rank upgrade with brought him up to 2k, he was forced to upgrade with his collateral because he kept going over the max he was allowed to hold



below is me and zayner having a conversation and me telling him he has to upgrade with his collateral because he was going thousands of dollars over his max. He knew i told him his collateral has become a rank ugprade due to going over his max constantly. this was way before Not Main was betting
