I'm not sure if you are aware, but email recovery is not the only way to recover a SS account. I recently purchased a maxed zerker on SS which did not have an email set; and to my surprise it was recovered!
I'm not sure when, but the Soulsplit owners have implemented a manual recovery system, as seen below.



This page can be found by typing in the wrong details to an account, and then clicking the hyperlink to recover your password. There will be a list of subheadings, the first one will contain a hyperlink linking users to the manual recovery page.

This is just a warning to everyone; beware. I do not want the Sythe community going through what I've been through.

I'd recommend retrieving the answers to these questions during sales. This has made SS account sales carry more risk, the original owner can have the account back within 24 hours. ALSO, to avoid completely losing the account, SET AN EMAIL. If you set an email you can recover the account very quickly, yet, this doesn't avoid losing items, so set a PIN to your bank account. You should then be covered, don't make the same mistake I did!

 

Set an email on an "email has not been set"-account. They won't remove or change it in any case.
