I will be paying 10k per defence level. so if it is 40 defence i pay 400k, if its 45 defence i pay 450k, and so on.

yeah honestly your prices are way off, you wont find anyone, people will pay ~5 mil for a 40 def def pure... your offering not even 1/10 of that
