NeedyouYoutube Disputed a Payment

I basically sold him a VBA (Virtual Bank Account) to verify His PayPal account. He sent the payment of $10 to me then I gave him the Bank Account and he added it to his PayPal and it worked.

He even admits he charged back the payment, Proof:


He tries to fuck around with me and say when you get limited, All payments get charged back, I do know that's true. But it says under Reason "Inquiry By PayPal" not an Unauthorized Claim as you can see in the picture above. I'm pretty sure all RSGP sellers would know this. I gave him the VBA and it's not my fault his PayPal got limited and yet he disputes and tries to play games with me.



Proof that it wasn't the same PayPal he used to send the cash that got limited.
