Proof that the service was not completed: I can give the login details of the account to a moderator can go on and see that it has no trained stats, but I think him blocking me is proof enough.

dbl frostbite claims he was hacked and I'm inclined to believe him. Given him your Skype so he can resolve this with either a refund or finishing the service.

Here's the refund, I've also seen proof that frosbites Skype was indeed hacked due to a keylogger.
