merge to HeavenGFX is a scammer

Hi, I am here to report user HeavenGFX for scamming me 8.5m 07 gp.

On September 18th I paid HeavenGFX 8.5m 07 gp to make me a thread layout which he claimed would be done in 'a day.'

After paying him the gold he said he was going to bed and to send him the details that i wanted on my thread layout. I sent him the details for my thread and the next day he asks if he can do it within the next 2 days.

I said sure.

I got banned later the next day on sythe for ban evading (completely beyond the fact that this user scammed me and is not an excuse for him to just keep my 8.5m 07 gp)

After 2 days have passed i tryed to contact him on skype but he did not reply.

After a week he replys to me saying he's been 'busy'

I told him not to worry about it because i had been banned on sythe. I told him i would have him make me a different layout for tribot so i told him not to make the thread we had discussed because he had not even started it yet. I asked him if he could make my friend from tribot a thread layout instead which he agreed on (because he had already "spent" my 07 gp)

Now the communication with HeavenGFX is taking weeks instead of days and i start dogging him to get my moneys worth in GFX with no help and he makes a shit excuse for not replying for months when he has really been online just ignoring me.

Now its been like 3-4 months and he just doesnt reply to me. I ask him for work and he claims ive been banned like its some sort of excuse for him not to just keep my money

I think he should be banned until i get a refund. I do not want his garbage graphics that ive been waiting 4 months for i just want my 8.5m back but if not ill take the thread layout and signature he has promised me.

He said he'll refund you if you'd like in a week or so when he has the money but will not make graphics for a vader apparently.

 

sad kid is telling me that i had gave him my 8.5m 07 gp for nothing in return and that i got banned should mean that he keeps the gold. Claims he never told Entrr that he will refund me.
