I believe if an account has been hacked and is responsible for a scam on Sythe, then that account should be banned. Honestly, how do people fall for key loggers at this stage of the internet. Most likely the person is trying to fake it by using a proxy so they can go on a scamming spree. Its even worse when this happens to a staff member or trusted users. I mean how many times can a staff member be hacked? It makes the site look untrustworthy. So basically, the user that has been hacked should still be banned for not having common sense of having a stable, secure anti-virus and firewall set-up or should be banned for the conspiracy to mass scam.

If you're referring to me, technically I never lost control of my MSN/sythe/etc.

But yes, we ban people if a hacker scams on their account. They're responsible.

No, we aren't going to ban people "for not having common sense". Obviously, if you really want to do this, you don't have any common sense in the business world. You don't ban people if they make a mistake.

its not always the victims fault either, simple social engineering can get someone hacked nowadays, its pretty simple. the hacked must repay any outstanding debts before being unbanned, which is fair.
