Try flipping runes. You don't have much to work with so that's your best option imo.

Flip is a short term merch. You buy for less and sell for bit more. Usually you buy and sell on same day.

Explaining merching is very hard without having hours of preparation, there's just too much to talk about.

1M isn't alot of money at all, to merch with or flip with, i'd personally recommend getting at least 5-10M before attempting, then watch some videos on youtube, there's some very detailed and informative ones on there.

Look at what the economy is demanding more and more of, or find an item that is way under priced considering the materials used to make it.
