    The current thoughts is that it's something along the lines of a Bard based skill. Bare in mind these models were created by Jagex themselves so they are/were planned to be released to the game.

    i think the "bard" will be a combat skill which involves use of music to kill mobs.

    Lol.. it is a death spawn, no need for language though.

    Also it doesn't explain the skill cape.
