Only people with 50+ vouches who have done low level capes before.

You will have access to as many purple sweets as needed and the best possible gear.

If you are under 50 vouches and want to do the service you may still do it if you have a middleman hold a 50m oldschool deposit which will be returned once you complete the cape.

Sorry but I did not realize how expensive it is to do at 50 range. I will be getting 70 range and then asking for this service.
