A quick review to all who don't know anything about it.

The dark bow (+95 range bonus): To wield it, You need 60 range, it shoots arrows bronze to dragon. It is currently 4-5m, but it will probably drop to 1m in a few days. It's the slowest bow, though it shoots 2 arrows in one shot. The special attack deals 30% more damage, when using dragon arrows, it will deal 50% more damage, both attacks will always hit. The special attack uses up 65% of the special attack bar.
To get dragon arrows or darts You need to take part in a minigame named Impetuous Impulses and catch implings who will, if you're lucky, carry dragon arrows or darts.
To get the dark bow, You have to kill dark beasts (reqs slayer 90), I heard that the drop rate is about 1:20.
