Phishing Help.

I clicked on a link in an email i recieved from "Jagex", later worked out i had entered my password into a fake runescape phishing site. I realised this straight away, and changed my password.

Because I changed my password, my account is safe right ?

Should be, unless you allowed the phish site to install/run something on your computer.

Change everything on a different computer is the safest bet

 

Nah, nothing was run or downloaded and antivirus did not detect anything. Thanks

 

Yea you're account is safe. Since it's changed they can't access it.

 

If it was a simple phishing site you should be fine. Next time hover over the link to see where its directing you before you click on it. .
