Fastest way to get 99 range these days?

Hi guys, basicially title say's all. What's the fastest method to get 99 range?

By botting?
By hand?

I did 99 range by botting SW.

Took like a week or two for constant botting from 80 range.

 

Fastest I know of is buying best range gear and killing waterfiends its 200k hr+ if you get a zaryte bow you can gain even more. That's the fastest I believe as Icefiends got nerfed >_<

 

With EoC I personally go to waterfiends with a crystal bow, it's fast xp but also gets you a shitton of charms in the process.

 

How much xp p/hr is it? Thanks

This is correct, I got 99 range exclusively from killing waterfiends with black salamanders and harralander tar. Its good xp and you can pretty much bank summoning AND profit while you're at it.

 

How much xp per hour is it? Cheers.

 

Its 160k hr+ range and 55k hr+ hp if you get a zaryte bow you can gain even more.

 

And that's at waterfiends yes?

 

I'm going to buy a zaryte bow. But what is the best armour to wear?
(and 2nd best just in case I can't afford the best)

 

According to IDB, crystal bow at waterfiends is good range xp.

 

What would be better xp p/hr? The crystal bow or the salamander? xp rates anyone?
