Does pure account suit for you ?

I sold lots of pure accounts to our customers, such as 70 range pure, 80 range pure, high str pure, but I noticed that not all players really how to use pure in PK world. They seems just feel honored to own a pure account, but indeed they will not truely like it when they keep dying in PK world.
a case happened 2 days ago, a customer bought a 40 attack 80 str 1 def pure, it has 2.5 M gold, after he bought this account, he logged on pvp world, and 20 minutes later, he told me he lost 1.5 M and he don't need it any more, he said its not good and then he asked for refund... of course i did not agree, finally he disputed to paypal, this problem is still not solved. so I want tell everyone the pure account is not really as good as you think , if you dont know how to use it , please think carefully before you buy .
And what should i do for disputed order ?

 

Well yeh, it isn't easy here:

*If you tell people pure accounts arn't as good as you think, then sales will drop.

*If you carry on as you are, you have to deal with unfair disputes.

As far as the dispute goes, you cannot proove anything was delivered and this clashes with Paypals buyer protection policy. If I were you, I would keep saying what you said here..'Your item was delivered as described, you should have thought about whether you wanted it or not BEFORE you purchased it'.

The item you sold AKA the account, was not DOA (Dead on arrival), the buyer
was fully satisfied until he lost some gp on "his" fault and he admitted that.
You cannot refund him, he has the account information, plus cost you 1.5m.

Seek legal action if you must, scare the little 12 year old kid.

 

The kid was an idiot.

Pures are great accounts and are a lot of fun to pk with. They have a larger market than main accounts actually.

 

Yeah i hate kids like that... if he doesnt know how to play on a pure account then it isnt your fault.. Just tell paypal the truth about everything, and then wait. Some kid did that to me and he didnt respond to the dispute in the 4 days given and he didnt recover his cash back rofl, see if it works for you

 

Sythe is becoming full of kids.
Which make's pure sales harder due to them raising the defence when hacked.
I suggest only trading a pure to someone YOU trust.

to lose 1.5m pking. hes an idiot and a bad pker. stats dont make up pking..some pking skill is also in effect. EG: when to eat spec pot(repot) knowing the quick keys for smoother ko's etc.

 

he is a noob pker, i think he should go to pvp world study some days ,then he have right to go on play rs, omg , that noob asked for refund , you should provide evdence to paypal ,have paypal punish that man

scare the kid, tell him you'll seek legal action lol... plus a lot of people are honored to have pures lol
