Transfering through Party Room?

I was just think and don't flame me and call me an idiot considering i have not played rs in awhile.

Id like to transfer 9M off a lvl 11 to a lvl 96. And looking at this drop party of 8M Needles equaling 8M. You can't sell the needles back to the person, because he will buy for 0Gp.

So perhaps if i bought 100K Needles, Did drop party got the needles (Considering that noone would stay for a 100K needle drop party, because they can only sell for 0Gp) And sold the needles back to the lvl 11. I would lose 100K each time, but its pretty safe way.. Suggestions?

Here's What I can Do for you:

Player A : Girl With Cash
Player B : Girl With No Cash

- Player A Buy's 50 Rune plate' [50 x 40,000 = 2,000,000]

- Player A deposits 1 Rune Plate At a time in The party Chest Then Pull's The lever.

- Player B Pops balloons until Player B Finds Rune Plate.

I Tend To Take Player A out of the Area After Depositing And Pulling The Lever.

Pop In Front of the chest Near The Table.

 

This way is not safe no matter how you work it out, cause' of noobs...

 

do the balloons dissapear if you dont pop them quick enuff ?

 

this is probably the worst way, just get a bunch of quests done on your member account, and trade when u can trade 30k at a time

 

i do the rune plate drop all the time , and ive never failed with it. just pull the lever with ur account who is giving the plates away , quickly log in to account B (who should be standing behind the table), and the first baloon is always the rune plate.
