How to stay level 4 in runescape

Hi does anyone know if u can stay level 4 in runescape

I have made 3 accounts today but everytime I have to kill a troll and it levels me to level 5 in the tutorial

tryna make a level 4 skiller

can anyone help

 

I think skillers are now dead in RS. Although have you check if there is any way of passing through the tutorial?

 

As soon as you log in, open the Noticeboard. Go to 'Options' then click the Tutorial to 'Off.'

 

I have 2 skillers. This is how I did it, skillers are not dead in rs ;P

really didnt know you could turn tut off dang ha

 

As long as you turn the tutorial off or only do the skeleton part you'll be fine

 

Yeah, and just like the traditional way, equip a bow of some sort. And its nicer now, because you have to actually kill the target in order to get the XP.

 

Level 4 wtf??? Does that make level 3s rare now??

 

Level 3s don't exist now

 

How so? What changed it? Keep in mind I haven't played the game in a few years other than the few times I gave GP for something I bought on here.

 

The Evolution of combat changed the minimum combat level to 4.

 

You can easily turn tutorial mode off in the notice board matey!
