water alternatives

looking drinks that are almost as good as just drinking water .. but aren't just so plain :<


i'm fine with drinking water most of the time but there be times when i just want some variety any suggestions ?

 

Try adding some citrus to your water; squeeze a lemon or an orange.

 

green tea
BCAA's

cant think of anymore, i prefer water to green tea, and BCAA's are full of sweeteners but taste amazing for 0 cals and are pricey for doing pretty much nothing l0l

 

Add lemon/lime to your water or try those zero calorie powders to add flavour to your water (I like the pink lemonade flavours).

 

Or you could always try one of these, a friend of mine loves his.

Let's you cut up any preferred fruit (pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, ect...) without it blending into the water and creating a gross sludge.

 

Propel is my favorite flavored water, ton of different flavors very low calories, and delicious as fuck. Otherwise powerade, gaterade, apple juice, orange juice, Green Tea, most Brisk Tea. Those are what I go for

Unless you mean cocain, then you might lose some weight.

 

Nothing beats the hydration of water. Period.

 

Diet soda 0 calories. Or unsweet tea.

Like a couple people said, I love lemon water. But to make it more tasty and even healthier add some good salt and cayenne chili powder. It actually is a good workout drink to replace things like gatorade that are just terrible for you.
