Explanation of the trade: I requested 6x 99 HCIM agility accs, I sent him payment before he started the work because he told me he has to buy a better computer and because he always did a good job and I almost always paid upfront to him and had zero problem. By the way, I sent him $300 (out of the $360 we agreed on - so $60 per account - and I used a total of 18 bonds on the accounts), he delivered 2 accounts in 4 months - so -$120 - and that is how we are at the $180 + 18 bonds debt.
How they scammed: Delivered two accounts out of six, then radio silence. 4 months went by, more than enough time to finish this job.
