Looking For a Roulette wheel analyzer

hi all i know this may sounds sophisticated but i don't think it will be too hard to make.

Basically i want a program that can analyse a roulette wheel.

- I will input the numbers into the system
- I want it to let me know any similarities for instance if its landed on red 21 then straight after it lands on 4 black, then does it again when it lands on 21 i want the system to tell me that its landed on 21 then 4 twice now.

- I want it to tell me how many times its landed on 1/12 2/12 3/12 etc.

- I also want it to highlight what numbers that hasn't been inputted yet.


- If someone could create a system of that for me, let me know whether you will do it for free, or inbox me a price.

 

How important is the similarities part? That is the only part that I would struggle to get my head round.

Maybe not quite what you want but I can code this in Matlab, the only problem is that for you to run the script, you would also have to have Matlab, this can either be purchased for £28 (basic student license) or downloaded off the internet (not technically legal).

you could store the information in an array to be easily accessed.

each first number gets a new index when the second number rolls, or w/e.

If this is for a casino. After probably millions of spins It will only tell you how slightly the table and the wheel are off. Then you have to take into consideration the amount of force each individual "spinner" will use and where on the wheel they begin (each time to calculate the difference and small change it may make to the wheel and table). And finally by the time you've figured out your .001% odds (given that 0 or 00 do not exist) you'll either be flat broke, dead, or they've gotten a new table and wheel.

I don't want to discourage you from it. But in terms of a casino this is a waste of time.
