I purchased this account [S] Account Ex-Comp (2.3b xp) + All 99 Prayers

I had trouble from the beginning with this guy, between his paypal not accepting the money, and finally got everything settle then day later account locked.

Messaged him on discord, he gave me account recovery info, tried to recover account information didn't work. he told me I need to do it 3 or 4 times. which I did, still nothing.

about an 30 minutes to an hour later, he stopped responding, and log in information was changed, and email also was changed to back to his email I'm assuming.

I will not be providing key information to this forum like paypal emails, transactions etc due to could jeopardize my dispute on paypal than later my bank.

opened up this dispute after he recovered account and did not refund me or respond.
and has been on this site in the last 1hr since this post

@Itsmejoe37 Can you include a screenshot of his Discord ID and gif/video of obtaining his Discord UID.

I've issued a precautionary DNT to @Laws for now if you'd like to provide some insight here for the time-being.

 

I have posted, him actually posting his discord on his post, and then me giving him my discord via PMs on here. Right now I am on mobile. I will try to when I get home from work in the AM. I just want people to be warned.
