Explanation of the trade: I was buying pkhonor for 07 gp
Amount scammed: Nothing was scammed but he he didn't deliver pkhonor which made me lose my customer, 20$ profit, pissed off my customer, made me look ban and unprofessional.

Other relevant trade screenshots: Alright so customer pmed me that he wants to buy some pkhonor from me. I didn't have any but I asked Apollox if he has and he said he does. I didn't have good feeling from the beginning about it because he said it was from his supplier. So I asked him 3 times if he can do it and he always said yes as can be seen here:


I even asked him if he can 100% trade it which he replied with:

Then I told him that my customer paid and he told me where to meet so I can give him 07 first.


I asked him again if his guy is coming and he replied with trade me on rs which can be seen here:

Here I would like to state what his thread says:

Which means he basically broken his own terms because he issued refund.

After trading him I received beautiful pm which explains everything in my eyes

And then here is him basically saying that he can't trade me the gold

At the end I would like to state once again that his thread states this:
I would never make this report if he ever mentioned something like that he has never traded with his guy or at least some sort warning that this trade might not come through but he was always confident. If he would've warned me I would never start this trade because my customers mean everything to me. I even offered my customer compensation of 5m 07 which he rejected.
So I am requesting Apollox to at least pay the loses on my profit which are 20$ that he caused because I had to refund my customer and I'm not even talking about damaging my name and making me look bad.

I can provide payment details with my customer to mods, don't want to post them publicly since it's sensitive information.

 

First of all, I was clear with him from the start that I'm using a supplier and I don't have the gold with me and he knew it was a supplier

Secondly, the supplier told me he can supply and he got stock which then I told Kapanoko that he has stock and ready but what happened is that he insta blocked me without any reasons saying that I should go to him first lol

He also knew I'm using a supplier which I don't see what he's actually looking for.

 

Your relationship between your supplier has nothing to do with this report or this trade. I asked you many times if you can you can do it and you always said yes even you confirmed that you can 100% do it. Also I already paid you 07 and your thread clearly states NO REFUNDS but you still refunded. Sentence that you wanted to make sure that I get the payment from him because staff member was buying from earlier makes no sense because:
1. He didn’t buy anything from
2. It’s not confirmed that he was staff member
3. I would never give my customer gold if he didn’t pay so I don’t even know what you wanted to say by this sentence
4. This also has nothing to do with this report because it is different trade which didn’t even happen

 

Your using me as a supplier and I'm using a supplier if you're concerned about your customers you should hold gold yourself, this proves that your just an amateur and you're actually concerned on your profit lol, Also the trade wasn't completed the supplier was a troll and I don't have the gold on me and I was clear with that, if you want to keep the gold with me until I get you stock then I have no issue with it, about the trade im 100% certain that I will fulfill my part and provide a good service not my issue if the supplier bounced away or that you think the profit will come running to your wallet before the trade is done

Also Since you're concerned about your customers as you say I would like to ask of a proof that you informed the customer from the beginning that you're using someone else to deliver the gold as in RSPS Rules

Trades are bound to fall through occasionally, his terms are for once the trade is completed, meaning you cannot change your mind and want to trade back. Also from what you've shown me no terms were agreed to
