McSales scammed me

The trade was CoD Ghosts, Arma II Combined Operations, and DayZ via gifts for $35 on Paypal.
I received the games and all was fine for a couple of days until I received these messages:

I PM'd him saying I want a refund as obviously this guy is hacking Steam accounts and selling on unused gifts etc, as mine were revoked.

EDIT: I have now opened up a dispute via Paypal as I sent the money via gift as I was already skeptical as to how he obtained the gifts and in the case that something like this happened. Think I've now escalated the claim so will let Paypal review what I've send to them.

I have the picture where I asked him to send me a PM of the current text log as proof that it is him, and the PM is there. Is that not enough?
