R S inc. scammed me, what an idiot.

I'll make this short and sweet, I went first to him because I was desperate, he stalled for 15 minutes and then said he sent the payment. No funds were in my paypal and he said give it a minute, so I do. I refresh my paypal after a few minutes and still no money. I go back to the convo and he's offline. Retards these days...
