Day 1: 7-20-10
We agreed he was to send 3 games to me, I was to pay him $20 upon arrival.

Day 10: 7-30-10
He said he "checked the tracking number" & the games had arrived.

^^^I asked for the Tracking number he stalled forever and would not give it to me

Then he gave me this picture, the date shows something from 7-19 delivered to Arnold Maryland & my address is for Baltimore Maryland.
And our original conversation took place on 7-20.

I argued with him for hours before he finally told me the truth and admitted it was all a lie.

^^^If that is not proof he is suspicious, ask him for the tracking number for hours like I had to.

For him to go as far to lie and say the games arrived was just way to much for me.
I didn't pay him so I'm not fully scammed, but that is VERY suspicious behavior similar to scamming,
and that ladies and gentlemen is against the Rules!

 

so........maybe I wasn't clear?

-For 10 days straight this kid LIED to me and said he sent 3 games.
-On the 10th day he claimed they had arrived, and that he had a tracking number.
-Then refused to give me tracking number.
-Then gave me a FAKE tracking picture.
-And then said he gives up, and that he never even sent the games, it was all a lie.
-Then told me go fuck myself.


The rules say "behavior similar to scamming", the only thing closer would be him walking away with my money right now.
Just follow the rules like everybody else, and ban that kid, before he does walk away with somebody's money.

I shouldn't have been waiting for 2 days now to get a response to this, it should have been handled already!
