    Hi,

    First time buyer, I recently bought an ironman account from Astro ( 5 days ago), great seller, the account is great itself, but unfortunately due to un foreseen personal circumstances :( which stops me to no longer use said account i can no longer use this account, i have gone through Astro's TOS and it does not have a final sales included i then went to contact Astro in regards to asking for a refund as the account is still how it was sold to me with extra items ( which would be beneficial to seller).

    Astro has failed to mention a Refund & policy in regards to buyer requesting a return/refund account due to unforeseen circumstances and only mentions if account recovery has been accrued.

    violation reporting the user for: going against sythe sales explicit refund and returns policy and not mentioning final sales in TOS.

    Why they're violating Sythe rules: was not mentioned in TOS only mentioned if somerthing happens to account not if seller wishes to request a refund, or a policy in regards to this, Astro decides to make a sales are final after purchase has been or requested.

    Astro has only stated in his TOS if something were to happen to the account. Astro fails to mention a sales are final or a refund and returns policy if seller wishes to request a refund, Astro is currently now stating after the sale has gone through that all sales are final which was not mentioned anywhere during the sale process nor before in his TOS. This Tos was not agreed to and is why i have requested for a full refund as per sythe rules mention (under additional notes & clauses)

    • All game account sales and services (including skilling/questing services) must include prominent and well displayed information on whether or not botting was/is used for the account/service. Further, all account sales must define an explicit refund and returns policy that the seller must ensure the buyer has read, understands and has agreed to (in writing) before the sale goes ahead. Failure to comply with this rule may result in disputes being awarded automatically to buyers.

    Outcome: i wish to receive my full refund, as there was no final sale notice in tos or have i agreed upon during sale as this was not mentioned, there is no issues with account which unfortunately i will have to give up.

    Sorry @malilimit, this isn't a sufficient reason for @Astro to require a refund. You may be interested in his offer from the ToS about relisting the account.
    Regarding the rule, it's mainly for preemptive resolutions regarding account recoveries. This isn't a case where it's automatically awarded. I'll look into better rewording that section of the rules.
