H T X a scammer?

I bought 20 mil pure in NP 2-3 days ago from him on his thread.

I PM'd him and he asked me to go online so we could do the transfer.

He gave me his paypal and I sent him 20 USD for the 20 mil

Simple enough right?

After I sent payment he said please wait a little while for the order to process,so i gave him a day.

He's been online since the purchase and continues to ignore all my messages simply asking him whats the hold up,why is he ignoring me etc?

Whatever proof I need I will gladly post up

 

In the PM, it looks like you removed 2 parts where you said something to him, but I can't tell for sure.

Could you please provide a full-screen picture of the PM, proof of sending payment, and PM's sent that he is not responding to?
