I was banned 2-3 times for ban evading, however I was never breaking rules, just using Sythe as I was to begin with.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Okay, I had bought a quest service from this user, and he had been doing the few quests for a few days. Throughout the time, we talked a little and came across the topic of how I became very rich. The honest way I had 500M+ 07 was buying 110M with $$$ and then getting bored, and staking. However- that's not a very exciting story. A little while back, I had tried charging back on a gold site. Now, I've always bought from Sythe but this was different. I didn't want to lose trust in the community. I literally googled something along the lines of '07 Gold'. I went to the a few of the sites and talked in the live chat. I was unsure if these people were even legit, so I bought a little amount, probably 20-30 dollars worth of 07 gold. It was under 10M for sure. Anyways, I was received the gold, went to PayPal and reported it a undelivered. I was eventually limited for this, and never got my money back, and the payment never went either way, just sat on held. I told this guy what I did, not in detail, but just that I chargebacked for bank. He went on to report me, and took a set of Bandos off my account. I never bothered to report him because I was banned, but considering he tried to log on my EoC and Jag caught him, and him telling me the Jag was activated on 07, there's enough proof to get him banned alone. I'm not sure if he's banned or not, but if requested I could find him fairly easy.

In the end, I just want to be a member of the Sythe community again. I'd actually like to donate and apply for SVU, and get some vouches going. I really meant no harm to anyone through all of this, and am truly sorry. I would gladly serve a longer ban, but I would like to actually be part of all this again.

TWC- As for the TWC on my account, it's a little story. I was doing a service for someone who requested a questing service. Long story short, I had to stop half way through, and offered the user his money back, or he could wait until I got back to finish. He decided to take the money back, and went on to buy from another user. So, out of the 1/100,000 chance, it was my friend who he bought the service from. And, on top of that, out of the 1/1,000,000 chances of knowing my friends password, I did. He had recovered his old account and didn't know the E-mail, therefor he wasn't able to change his password. Throughout playing together, he let me log on once so I knew it. Anyways, my friend hacked the guy for 1-2M I believe. When I realized it was my friend who was doing the service and scammed, I took the situation into my own hands, and logged on my friends account to refund the scammed user. The reason I did this, was because my 'friend' was sort of a jerk, plus I didn't want banned for his little stunt because honestly, from the probability I explained, it'd be hard to convince a mod at I had nothing to do with it.

I refunded the guy, and my friend deleted me. He then decided to post on all my service threads claiming I'm a scammer. The posts were cleaned up fairly quickly, but I was left with a TWC..

I've recently been banned on McCune after buying a service and had it botted. That's another person I could probably get banned. Anyways, I've started a new account and haven't been doing much gold buying, because I feel like I just want to enjoy the game now. I've matured since then. I'd rather be an old fag posting on the Sythe forums all the time

It may sound shitty, but I do plan on donating. I want to be trusted in the community. I want to donate enough so people don't have to think about going first.

As for returning the scammed items, if nessesary, I could do a small give away on the forums, or even just put it towards donating to sythe. There's not much I can do for the site that was scammed because I really don't remember the name of it, since they all use 07, gold and cheap in their names, lol.

I understand the answer is no, but could you give a reason why so I could possibly improve it 6 months from now if this gets down voted again? I would really appreciate it.

 

Apparently you have quite a bit of debt still to pay up.
Please locate, and refund all the victims you made before attempting another pardon.
