here it is noob btw wizzi gave it out for free

    Project Gold Spree: make 1b
    an hour!
    Table of Contents
    1. Requirements

    6. Beating the max money limit
    1. Requirements
~ You really only need membership to start
~ High combat to start will definitely help, but not needed
    2. Involving
As most may already know, RuneScape pretty much sucks with this new
30k trade limit and the new pking update. But with a shit load of money,
you can do what ever you want, ANYTHING. You could go bounty
hunting with full guthan’s and ask someone to kill you, and with the
amount of money you can make from this. Loosing that much money is
like loosing 15 gp when you have 15,000 gp.
The secret to this is the duel tournament arena, now when most people
think of the duel tournament arena. They think “Oooh usually I stake
about 1k and loose” or you just think “What the hell I just bought a guide
that has to do with that place with the 3k limit”. This does actually work,
    I’ve done it, sold 8m made $16,000 and then re-bought 16m for $1 each
and had it all keylogged from me, thanks crack head hackers. Don’t
believe me? Do the math, in a high level duel tournament world, you can
stake up to 1m in the tournament, with a max of 64 people in 1
    tournament staking 1m = 64m. Most tournaments last 2-10
minutes(typically 5). There is 20, 5 minute periods in an hour (20), win
    64 mil per tournament (64). So 20x64=1,280. So that’s 1.28b. Now lets
be realistic no one is going to meet these odds, the truth is I was making
about 500m-1.1b an hour off of this because of the varied time it took to
complete tournaments, and amount able to stake. So if I were an ass I
could have said “make 1.28b an hour!” and then slap another $50 to the
price. There are many advantages to jagex trying to get rid of all of the
cheaters. Duel tournaments are one of them.
    End involving----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
~Things that make most people loose
    -low defense
-high defense but the rest of the stats stink
    -bad tactics
    -picking the wrong game types
    -picking the wrong world
    -lag
    -inexperience
    -bad overall combat stats
    -low tournament rank
-stuck with high levels with low tournament rank
In the next many sections I will be explaining how to fix these problems
    Low Defense
Low defense can be a problem. Though I recommend 40+ defense before
ever continuing with my guide, 1-39 defense will work. As I said it is not
recommended. Also while having low defense you will need extremely
good stats and 43 prayer+ to succeed. Training with low defense is hard
and expensive because you need to take more trips for food and more
money for food. Most pures and low defensive people do not realize this
but it can really cut into your time over a short or long period of time.
    Training for low defense
    Rock Crabs
Rock crabs, the pure’s playground. I personally hate the place, too much
name calling and fighting over things goes on. But it’s not bad for
    training.
So if you have enough patience you can get very decent exp. To start you
will need to go to Rellekka, it is right above Camelot. Go to the red
circles on the picture. You will see big rocks in the ground, walk next to
or over the rock and it will turn into a rock crab. Rock crabs are level 13,
they have 50 hp, and give 200 xp. They are extremely easy to kill and
you can get more then one rock crab following you and then you can wait
for a minute or so and you can kill a few while you have your auto
    retaliate on.
After a while you will notice that rock crabs will not attack you, don’t
worry about it. Run south to where the blue line ends, then go back to the
    read circles. Repeat.
    PEST CONTROL
This place once upon a time flourished with the great players in combat.
People would do anything to get the best worlds. Only the most clever of
players would do well here. Now the place is filled with players whom
have no knowledge of the game and no desire to win, but just to waste
    there time.
Pest control is a decent way of training combat stats, I prefer it over rock
crabs because of the lack of people trying to piss me off. Also because if
you win a pest control game you get tickets which you can turn in for
    combat skill exp.
Here is a map on how to get there
After you get there talk to the squire
tell him you want to go to the outpost, and then you will be at pest
    control.
Once you get off of the boat, follow the arrow
Play a few games of it, and you will figure out pest control easily.
Seagulls, a great thing to train on. Seagulls’ hp is 11 if it is level 3 and it is 6
if the seagull is level 2. Seagulls are very good exp for free players. For
members, I do not recommend this at all because there are better methods.
Here is a map on how to get there. Follow the red line from lumbridge to get
    there.
    Fight caves “The Jad”
The fight caves are a great place to train at, you can go inside them, turn on
auto retaliate and then turn go browse youtube for 1-2 minutes. Then come
back and you still might be training. The fight cave is the same place where
people get fire capes, and that’s why a lot of people call it “the jad”. You can
go into the fight caves, and “die” and not loose your stuff. So don’t worry
about loosing anything with this. Another great thing about the fight caves is
that after you die in the cave, you will get tokul (the type of money that is
used in the cave) and you can turn that tokul in for gems, weapons, armor,
and runes. I recommend saving your tokul until you get 300,000 tokul and
then turn it in for a onyx stone. That’s around 3m. anyways, here are some
pictures to help you figure how to get there.
Once you get to the arrow pay the seamen 30 gp to get to karajama. Head
west until you see a red exclamation mark on your mini map. There will be a
place to climb down into. Then click on the entrance, it should give you the
option “enter cave entrance” Follow the red line to the cave
    Image from http://www.tip.it/runescape/map2/tzhaar.png
    High defense
High defense, the greatest thing to have. High defense does not require many
good stats, that what is so great about it. Most pures don’t have a prayer
when they fight people with high defense. There are many great things about
having high defense (40+) you don’t need a lot of good stats at all. For
example, you could win a tournament easily with 43 prayer and 40+ defense
and like 60+ range. You could easily win, I will explain.
~D-hide armor has good defense against mage, and range it does ok with
    melee.
~Say someone hitting you with magic, is wearing ahrims. Your arrows will
go straight through him. His spells won’t hit crap on you.
I highly recommend having high defense and 70+ range. Its not very hard to
get as you can train defense while training range (use the long range option
for that) though that method is slow. It is good for people who want no other
combat stats to go above 1 (besides HP).
    Training for High defense
To train on a High defense (40+) account you can use any of the pure
methods. I recommend the one below though
    -Bandits
    Bandits
Bandits are probably in the top 5 for training. I enjoy killing these because
you can go down to where they are, and leave for 30 minutes to a whole day,
come back and have a few more combat levels.
Follow the red line to where the bandits are.
To make it so that the bandits will auto attack you, you need to wear
anything that relates to saradomin or zamorack. If you want to be able to
leave your computer and let them train on you, wearing at least rune armor is
needed. Also there are special places you need to stand for the best training
experience. Stand where the red dots are.
    Bad Tactics
Bad tactics are never good to repeat, so play a nice amount of tournaments
with varied rules to figure out the best way of doing things. Also remember
the tactics I put in here.
    Picking the wrong games
Picking the wrong game can really be a massive loss of money over a long
period of time. So analyze the situation before you continue into a game.
Here is a list of games you shouldn’t enter if you have certain stats.
    Rangers with low defense
    - melee and range on, armor on, special on (unless there is prayer and
    you have 43 prayer)
    - any game with no range
    - any game with armor and no prayer
    Meleers with low defense
    - magic with movement on. (this is if you don’t have range or mage
    with you)
    - any game with no melee
    - range without specs (unless you have a whip)
    - any game with armor and no prayer
    Magers with low defense
    - melee with armor on and no movement specs on
    - any game without mage
    - any game with armor and range on
    Rangers with high defense
    - There is nothing you can’t do
    Meleers with high defense
    - mage on with movement and no specs with armor on or off.
    Magers with high defense
    - no armor with melee or range and specs on with no prayer.
All around combat with high defense
    - Nothing you can’t do
    Picking the wrong worlds
There are only 3 worlds to pick from, but sometimes the world with the least
full amounts of people have more of the inexperienced players, and
sometimes the more full worlds have inexperienced players. So I
recommend checking all 3 before beginning.
    Lag
Lag can make you loose many tournaments and it can also cause your
knuckles to bleed and your monitor to be busted. So I made a quick program
to speed up your computer a bit. To make your computer run faster, run the
program once a day, it is in the folder named “speed up”.
    Inexperience
Play a few games for practice, yes you might need to waste around 20k but
hell, its well worth making 1b an hour. Really pay attention to how people
react to certain attacks, and watch patterns of attacks associated with certain
    armor.
Example: People wearing a mix of magic and range clothes (ahrim’s hood
and top, and karil’s skirt wearing a rune cross bow.) the person will most
likely freeze you with a magic spell and then hit you with his rune c’ bow.
    Bad overall combat stats
    TRAIN FOR GOD’S SAKE
    Low tournament rank
Start small, don’t go into games knowing that you have no chance winning
what so ever. When you first start this, worry about keeping your
tournament rank up money is important but it will come naturally.
Stuck with high levels with low tournament rank
There are many ways to cure this common problem.
    1. Get high defense, the high levels wont hit crap on you.
    2. Go into a game where you will still have the advantage over a high
    combat person.
    3. Try to find ways to still beat those annoying hybrid high combat
    people.
    4. BE A HIGH COMBAT KINDA GUY (recommended)
    Tactics
The duel tournaments area looks very complex because of the masses of
people. But it isn’t nearly as bad as it looks. If you watch a few tournaments
you can figure it out easily, but you could always read this too.
    Food and pots tournaments
-bring atleast 1 potion relating to your combat style
    -bring sharks or better
-bring 1 prayer pot (4) if the duel includes prayer
-Only use prayer when needed. Turn it off in between rounds! A lot of
people do not realize this but when waiting to change rounds can still drain
    prayer if it is on.
    -Smite is pointless.
To begin a match like this you need to “pot up” or drink your potions. After
you have done that quickly find your opponent, if you have a dragon dagger,
or a weapon with a special, DO NOT USE THE SPECIAL YET. Start
attacking the opponent with a fast weapon and get his food portions down.
Once you notice he is getting low on food (try to pay attention to the amount
of times he eats approximately). Once you feel that he is running low on
food, you will have 2 choices.
    1. Pull out a strong weapon and finish him off with a strong blow.
    2. Pull out a dragon dagger and use the special until he dies.
    Non food and pots tournament
-bring a weapon that hits fast or has a strong special (magers bring a spell
    that holds the person)
    -bring armor if possible
-bring dragon hide armor if you can wear it (only if magic is on)
Not much to say here, just attack fast and hard. I recommend a dds or ice
burst/ barrage/ or Flames of zamorak or rune crossbow combo with mage
short bow. Speed is key in this game type.
All combat styles Food and pots and prayer on.
If you can, have multiple combat style weapons.
Example: have a dds and a rune crossbow.
Turn on smite – pull out a weapon and attack them, one they turn on the
protect prayer for that weapon, switch weapons (make sure it’s a different
combat style weapon) and attack them, try using ONLY 1 special attack and
then switch back, and he will keep switching to the wrong prayer types.
After you get his prayer out, get his hp low and hit him hard.
    Tips
    - Typically you will never loose a tournament but if you do more then 5
times in a row, STOP before you start staking more and more and
    more to try and recover.
    - Don’t be unreasonable, you won’t win against a 126 unless you really
    have things figured out.
    - Once you have a lot of money BUY THE BEST STUFF FOR
    BONUSES THAT YOU CAN USE
    Beating the max money limit
Using this guide you will reach the max money limit many times, don’t
worry about having to stop making money. Just invest in rare items. I
recommend party hats, blue party hats increase at a very high rate, buy as
many as possible and just save them.
After reading this guide I hope you can make history with things in
runescape. I have quit the game after being ip banned from that damn game.
But if you don’t believe that I was once a rich mofo, here is a pic after a days
work (not 24 hours of course).
