Scammed By George

I was looking to sell my first account. I agreeed on a 15m ingame money price to user: essam_medo1 (now banned as of posting this)
We agreed on what looked like a trusted middle man: SAMMYBARCODE and I added the skype linked on the page "George Crossett"
We got to pming the three of us in a group and we exchanged info. George supposedly accepted the money from the other guy and we opened the trade screen where he showed me the money. He did not accept the trade all of the way until I gave essam or "hey you" in the skype chat all of the recovery info so I do. After that George logs off and says in skype he'll be back on in 20 minutes, essam then messages me while the account is online and says he's unable to log in. The 20 minutes go by while the account I sold was logging in and out. When George finally comes back he tells me the account has been banned on 8/18/17 for real world trading even though it had just logged in. Then "reimburses" essam and tells me he was talking to Jagex support where he has a friend working and they will give me back my account, but only for 15$ He tried to charge me 15 for my own accountWhich there's no way I'm paying. I have the screenshots to prove everything.
