Can I take food supliment as a sub for those veggies? I don't eat all kinds of veggies and eat just few of their kinds.

Cool! I don't like veggies anyway. And I always wear sunglasses. Although the part where turn on the lights, I rarely do that. This guide makes a lot of sense to be honest. After all, nobody does want to loose their sight, especially the ones who often uses computer.

 

It's good to hear that your are looking after the pair that you have got ^_^ not many take the time to look after their eyes, but spend alot of time protecting their skin.

Anyhow, this guide is actually very good. It's detailed enough and provides useful pictures. I don't know much about human anatomy, but I did learn something from this guide. I think I will start taking some vitamins after reading this guide. :laugh:
