    Pretty obvious what's going on... he has no vouches and he won't even go first in 1m increments, he obviously blocked me because he's still online on Sythe.

    In the future, you must somehow include the MSN address in your screenshot. I don't really know how Meebo works, but we can't ban someone without knowing that it's them you're speaking to (and not, say, an impostor).

    However, he has been banned for another report.
