Maybe Extremism Is Necessary?

here's a thought that Ive had for a while; maybe extremism is necessary to give one side of an argument some leverage.

A comparison to this is a very common marketing technique; an item without a specific market, you would list at a price higher than you actually want, and negotiate from there to your wanted price. This, because that will sound more reasonable to the buyer than the one you have listed it for. If you list the item at the price you want to sell it for, the buyer will most likely still try to negotiate that. It gives you a bit of "leverage" towards selling the item for the amount you've wanted.

Now a personal example of this is feminism. Our country has a woman's right government branch run by your typical SJWs and Feminazis. They tried to ban a (popular, traditional) food because it very faintly resembles a vagina, and Tetris because forcing the pieces to match symbolizes patriarchy and sexual assault. They've done more than that of course. Able-males in Korea must do 21 months of mandatory military service but get basically nothing in return. Thus, we've fought for better treatment (better medical care, benefits after being discharged) which they led the trample against. Furthermore, they have the "all men are sexual predators" attitude.

But after this madness, "normal", original feminism suddenly sounds so rational?
Call me misogynic and sexist, but I originally had no sympathy for women who were sexually assaulted if their clothes were too revealing at that time. This is only an example of my previous views.

I dont think that it would have changed if it werent for the SJWs and feminazis we have nowadays.

What are your views on this?

Probably a language barrier but extremism isn't what you think it is. As far as I know, the term refers to extremists like terrorists, not SJWs and feminists like you seem to think. Might want to change your title before you are added to some terrorist watch list lol
