I want an account with 60+ range on it. I don't care what other non-combat stats it has and I wont pay extra unless it's something special (for example, don't bump the price because it has 40 wc and 47 fishing, idc).

I would really prefer to have 1 def/prayer/summoning and low other stats (I'm on a budget lol).

Why don't you just get someone to train 1-60 ranged on that account? Make it a Range 2her?
